Hello! I’m Katherine Wampler — a proud native Texan, mom, and dedicated REALTOR® with RE/MAX Freedom. My family has been farming in Central Texas since the 1850s, and I’ve watched this area grow and evolve from the ground up. Before real estate, I earned my degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and spent several years in the mental health field. Those experiences taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of truly listening — qualities that now shape the way I serve my clients every day.
